1. The service
Treymont provides alerts, recaps and reports compiled from public records. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
2. Accuracy
We check our data carefully, but public documents can contain errors and we can make mistakes. Before making commercial decisions, verify information against the source documents. Each alert includes source links for this purpose.
3. No affiliation
Treymont is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Illinois Department of Transportation or any government agency.
4. Use of the service
Alerts and reports are for your company’s internal business use. You may share them with coworkers, but you may not resell, republish or redistribute them outside your company.
5. Billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are invoiced in advance.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next invoice.
- Annual plans can be refunded in full within the first 30 days. After that, they run to the end of the paid year.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treymont is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Treymont is operated.
